I was the kid that organized a Cheerleading squad for my small-town Middle School that did not have any after school programs. For my High School Prom I was put in charge of booking the Limo and Dinner Reservations. I was the one collecting the money and keeping everything in order. I had a twenty tab Excel Spreadsheet when I was planning my wedding. I created a "Baby Activity Tracker" when I was waiting for my son to be born. Organizing, processes and paperwork are my jam! To my core, being a Transaction Coordinator is I was made for.
I am a Washington State Licensed Broker. I am extremely familiar with the MLS and Listing Load. I know the Purchase & Sale and Listing Agreements like the back of my hand. I know all there is to know about Skyslope. I have been named the office Folio expert. I am connected to great Real Estate vendors. I know my stuff! When you put a transaction in my hands, you can bet it will be handled with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
