What's Happening at Harvest Days?

When it comes to small town festivals, Harvest Days is my favorite! I may be slightly biased, since I live in Battle Ground, but nonetheless, it is always a hoot!  Harvest Days has a ton going on this year, but in this blog post, I feature the three things I am most excited for! 

Harvest Nights Cruise
Friday, July 14th @ 6:30 PM.

The Harvest Nights Cruise is the most buzzing night of the year in Battle Ground.  Grab a seat along Main Street in Old Town Battle Ground.  The route goes from 5th & Main to Grace & Main.  

The always exciting burn-out pit will be located along the route in the parking lot of Urban Basics (209 E Main Street).

Beaches' Green Machine will be giving out rides along the route (for a donation).  All proceeds go towards children fighting cancer.  

​There will be a Beer Garden with Live Music in the Chevron Parking Lot (16 NW 13th Avenue).  Cruising stops at 10:00 PM, but the band will play until 11:00 PM.  

Another great place to view the cars is at South Pacific Cafe or the newly opened bar located in the same building, 38° Below.  Cerveza Factory  also has an amazing patio with a view of the cars.

Fred Meyer Grand Parade
Saturday, July 15th @ 10:00AM.

The parade will begin at NW 5th Avenue and Main Street.  Make sure to keep an eye out for Keller Williams in the Parade! We will be handing out candy (and dog treats) during the parade. 

Josh Gracin - Live Performance
Saturday July, 15th @ 7:00PM.

Country singer & American Idol finalist Josh Gracin will be playing at Harvest Days on Saturday night.  He is best known for his hit song "Nothin' to Lose" (which I may or may not have spend hours listening to KUPL to hear, so I could record it on to a mixed tape on my boombox).
